PDF (Digital) Products + Online Workshops
Downloadable PDF files are viewable with the latest Adobe Reader software. (Adobe Reader software is free to download from Adobe here).
Links to download digital products/PDFs will be delivered to the email address you entered at time of purchase after your payment is received. The email you receive will include the link to download the file to your computer or device. For security reasons, the download links have a three download limit (which includes each time you click on the link). You’ll want to make sure you save the PDF patterns to a computer or device so you can refer to them and print them out again if you need to.
All Whole Circle Studio patterns are provided for the buyer’s individual use only. By purchasing our patterns, the buyer agrees not to copy, reproduce or distribute copies or reproductions of this pattern to any individual or group, or to allow others to do so. Whole Circle Studio patterns are for personal use only.
Returns
All products are non-refundable.
If you receive the wrong item, are missing an item or an item was damaged, please email us within 72 hours of receiving your package and we will gladly fix the mistake and any applicable shipping costs.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 6.35% will be added at check out to all orders associated with and shipped to Connecticut addresses.
Shipping (within the United States)
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days Monday through Friday. Most orders ship via USPS, but sometimes might ship via UPS. Tracking numbers will be emailed upon shipment. Once the package has been picked up by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Shipping (outside the United States)
If you are outside the United States and are interested in purchasing a physical product from my shop, please order through my Etsy shop. Given how complicated international shipping is, Etsy has a robust shipping calculator that is both fair to you as a customer and us as a shipper.
